椎葉中　今日の給食

■ いちご大福

給食には全く関係ありませんが･･･

先日いちご大福を作りました。

いちごが安くなっているこの時期に作ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

簡単に作り方を紹介します。電子レンジで作ります。

６個の分量です。
●白玉粉　　　１００g
●砂糖　　　　　２０ｇ

●水　　　　　　１５０ｃｃ
●いちご　　　　６個
●あんこ　　　　１８０ｇ
●コーンスターチ（片栗粉でもOK)　　適量

あんこを３０gずつ分けます。　
　　

いちごは洗ってへたを取り、
キッチンペーパーで水分をふきとります。
欲張って大きいイチゴを使いたくなりますが、
包むのに苦労するので小さいイチゴにしましょう。

いちごをあんで包みます。
上をちょっと見せて包むのがポイント　　

白玉粉と砂糖を泡だて器で混ぜ、
少しずつ水を加えて混ぜます。

レンジでチン（５００ｗで２分）　

ドロッとかたまりができてきますので、
へらでよく混ぜます。

さらにレンジで２分チンしては混ぜ･･･
の繰り返し

もちのように透明感が出てきたらOK

コーンスターチ（片栗粉でもいいです）
を広げて、そこにもちを乗せます。

とっても熱いですが、熱いうちの方がきれいにできますので、手早く包んでいきます。

てっぺんから包み、もちを閉じるのが底のほうになるようにすると、きれいにできます。

（私のはきれいではないですが･･･）

できあがり　

もちに透けていちごの赤色が
見えてかわいいです

　　切ったらこんな感じ･･･

もちに砂糖が入っているため、やわらかさが保てます。

でも、作りたてがおいしいので、早めに食べます！
