■ 暑中お見舞い申し上げます

少し遅れたけど・・・暑中見舞いをしたためて友人知人に送りました

もう八月・季節の移ろいは早いですね
　棚田周辺の雑草の繁茂も旺盛です　
酷暑の日中を避けて早朝に棚田の畔や土手草刈りなどをしています
米寿を迎えても「まだまだ精神年齢は・・」と強がって新たな趣味を二つはじめました　

その一は　書道ならぬ「習字教室」に入門して「かてりえ(図書館）」にかよっています
　筆を握ったのは小学生のころ以来です

その二は　この歳まで触ったこともなかった　「花札」を始めました
　脳トレに最適です　　ユーチューブで特訓中です

はじめた動機は単純です　暇を持て余している老未亡人のグループに誘われて・・

酷暑のなか 気の合う仲間たちとエアコンの効いた室で花札言葉を飛ばしあいながら
熱い戦いをしています

自評『熱しやすく冷めやすい性格』　
この二つの趣味がどこまで続けられるやら・？

米寿を迎えて思うこと
朝　気分よく目覚めたことに感謝しつつ
今日の日を目いっぱい楽しもう
　　　あしたは明日の風にまかせて・・・

　百歳まであと一二年・・・
お互いに健康管理に気をつけましょう
