■ 里の秋の風物詩物語り３

霜が降りはじめたこの時期　　里の周辺を徘徊していると・・

いま時　赤く熟した実をつけた柿の木をよく見かけます

先人たちが子孫のためにと思って植えたであろう柿の木・・
その先人の気持ちを汲んでか・・・
　　今年も身知らずの柿は枝が折れんばかりになりうづうでいます
が　採る人もなく虚しく熟して落ちていくか　猿や鳥のエサになるであろうと思うと・・

「もったいない」の気持ちが先に立ってしまいます





昭和初期の戦争前後に幼少の時代を過ごした山仙人としては・・・
　あのころの食うや食わずの食糧難の時代に熟し柿を競い合って拾って飢えをしのいだことを思い出すと・・・




ついつい干し柿にしたいという気持ちに駆られて・・・

黙々と　柿むく老爺の　まるいせな

夜なべ仕事でむきました



カビ防止にお湯につけて・・・



吊るしてみたら250個でした
寒波が来はじめたので良く仕上がるかも・・・

前回のは（10日前）カビ防止のためにお湯につけたり焼酎を噴霧したりしたのが良くなかったのかカビではないけど黒づんでしまいました



そこで前回は20数えるまで湯に漬けていたのを　今回は10数えて引き上げて・・・
気温も下がったので焼酎の噴霧は控えることにしてみました



前回のと合わせて600個になりました

また徘徊中にどこかで目についたらもらってくるかも・・・

ぼけ老人の徘徊はまだまだ続きそうです
