　物語の始まりは（　＾ω＾）・・・

春ごろに女友達から進められて種芋をもらって植えたヤーコン

半信半疑で植え付けてみました・・・

どんな作物なのかとネットで検索してみたらなんと・・・

「ヤーコンの健康効果
ショ糖の40％程度の甘みがあり、
〇　虫歯になりにくい、
〇　難消化性で胃や腸で消化されない、
〇　整腸作用があり、ビフィズス菌などの善玉菌によく利用される、

植えたままほったらかしておいたのが・・・

秋には結構大きく生長しました

そこで10月に入って少し収穫してみたら・・・

甘藷と間違えるような芋でした

さて・どんな調理方法が？？？　　とネットでレシピを検索してみたら・・・

どれも山仙人の不得手な料理方法ばかり・・・

そこで山仙人独特の調理に挑戦です

先ずは材料をそろえて・・

ヤーコン　・

はやとうり　・　

庭先に手ごろな柿も・・・

親戚から贈られてきた青森県産地直送のリンゴ

その他　人参・ショウガ・オクラなど・・・我が家の畑で収穫したものばかり

調味料は・・・

ラッキョウ酢　・自家製のニンニク醤油　・圭之さんからもらった川の口で採れたハチミツ　・たかのつめ　・キムチの素　・料理酒など

先ず　調味料（液）をポリバケツに漬け汁を作っておいて・・・

次はヤーコンやはやとうりなどの材料を次々とバケツの中にスライスや千切りにして放り込んでいきます。

柿は種があるので包丁で皮ごと切って　りんごも芯を抜いて皮ごとスライスして・・・

ポリバケツに7合目くらいになったのに重石をのせて・・・

　ハイ出来上がりです

さて　2日ほど漬け込んだものをあげてみたら・・・

ばっちりです

試食は味にうるさいゲートボール仲間たちに・・・

グランドゴルフ仲間たちにも試食してもらったけど・・・

外交辞令のほめ言葉ばかりでしたが・・・？？？　本音を聞きたい

ショウガ･にんじんは千切りスライスした
