椎葉山仙人

■ 秋・たけなわです

山里の秋はつるべ落としの夕日が高い山に隠れて暮れていくのが早いです

そして夜明けも遅く　朝霧に包まれながら静かに明けていきます



初夏に摘果しておいた柿が大きな実をつけて秋を演出しています。



仙人の棚田では　この時期になると稲刈りが始まります。

天候を見計らいながら・・・



今年までは船頭はやはり山仙人です

コンバインで刈って処理すれば簡単に終わるのに・・・　と

そんな思いが頭のすみをかすめながらも・・・



「仙人の棚田のお米は掛け干ししてあるからおいしい」というお世辞を真に受けて
がんばりました




整然と出来上がった竿掛けアートを一休みして眺めながらの「もぐもぐタイム」に・・・
満足です




天気予報にやきもきしながらの2週間のかけ干し期間が過ぎて・・・





いよいよ脱穀です。「土日は雨」の天気予報に急遽金曜日にすることになりました



ようやく脱穀作業も終わって・・・

一段落してあぜに腰を下ろせば・・・　そこにあったことも目に入らなかった花に目がとまって・・・



コスモスの花に心和まされるひと時でした

関東の我が家では、通年コシヒカリを食べていますが、この時期の新米は格別です！(^o^)
