■ 　コロナウイルスに振り回された1年でした

コロナウイルスも怖いけど・・・
かと言って　ひきこもり老人　孤独老人　ボケ老人になる方がよっぽど怖いねーと




わが老人クラブでは３蜜を避けながらも積極的に集まる機会を作っては交流・懇親を深めています




ゲートボール・・・
最近ではなぜか敬遠されがちだけど・・・
競技の奥の深さを知れば・・・

はまってしまうのがゲートボールならではの妙味です



最近では若手（といっても７０代）が数人加入して活気が出ました

グランドゴルフに集まっては　　ワイワイガヤガヤと・・・



社会福祉協議会でご指導を頂いているいきいきさろん・・・

３蜜にならない程度に静かに・・・
と　言いながらも社協のお姉ちゃんたちのユウモアたっぷりの指導で・・・



脳トレや手足の体操など・・・



時間を忘れて興じるのも健康な心身づくりです






間近で　見たことも聞いたこともなかったような楽器での演奏に

忘れかけていたときめきを蘇らせてくれました



テレビのチャンネルをひねるとコロナウイルスのニュースばかり放映される昨今です

年末が近くなるとあっちこっちから「喪中に付き・・・」
の便りが届いて・・　そのたびに故人となった人とのありし日々が懐かしく想い起こされます


生あるものはいつかは枯れる運命と・・・

自然の流れに逆らうことはできない無情を痛感します

　　　かく言う山仙人も８４歳・・・

いつ「お迎え」がきてもおかしくない年齢になりました

ぼつぼつ終活も考える歳になったかなーと・・

が　　人生１００年と言われる時代・・・

１００歳までにはあと１６年・・・

終活よりも今しばらくは健活で・・・と

ぼけないで心身ともに健康でグランドゴルフやゲートボール　

渓流釣りなど趣味満載でオンリーワンの人生を楽しみたいものです





といいながらも・・・　　いつまでこのブログを続けられるやら・・・

来年もいい顔をして会いましょう
